Also known as Corn, Ditch, Outhouse, or Wash-house Lily as well as Fulvous, Tawny, Tiger, and Roadside Daylily, it is a member of the Aloe family (Asphodelaceae). Native through most of Asia, garden escapees easily establish in the wild and are invasive in North America.
